SomaChi Yoga and Pilates Studio offers a range of classes to suit all abilities and interests.
Open Level : ideal for all levels, this class will work on specific postures and yogic techniques to help you deepen your understanding of flow yoga.
Flow: this class concentrates on sequences that challenge coordination and breath control, while building internal heat so your body becomes more supple.
Athletic Flow: if you like to be challenged this class is for you! It’s a strong class that builds arm, leg and core strength along with flexibility and mobility.
Rejuvenate: a great class to help you release stress and develop greater concentration using traditional meditation and yogic techniques.
