Open Level: ideal for all levels, this yoga class will work on specific postures and yogic techniques to help you deepen your understanding of flow yoga.
Vinyasa & Power hour: Traditional vinyasa flow yoga.
SomaChi: this yoga class concentrates on sequences that challenge coordination and breath control, while building internal heat so your body becomes more supple.
Rythmic Flow: if you like to be challenged this yoga class is for you! It’s a strong yoga class that builds arm, leg and core strength along with flexibility and mobility.
