Sustainability policy
SomaChi is committed to caring for the environment and the community. Our values of kindness and compassion guide our business decisions and these values are taught to our SomaChi trained teachers.
We care for the environment by only selling products that are organic or made from natural materials. Our yoga mats are made from natural rubber and are free from harmful substances that are found in many other mats on the market. The clothes we sell are created in Australia, and are made with organic cotton, bamboo and soy. We also purchase GreenPower.
We believe in creating a strong community that supports and nourishes its people (and animals!) Proceeds from our Community Classes go directly to our chosen charity. As big fans of dogs, we are currently supporting the great work of the Save a Dog Scheme. We also support the following charities:
