Somatic Pilates exercises your body to help relieve lower back, neck and other muscular related tensions.
The session includes the use of Reformer beds, the Wunder chair, fitballs, foam rollers, magic rings and thera bands.
With us you will experience an overall strengthening of your core which includes the abdominal muscles, lower back, buttocks and hips.
Our Pilates Reformer and Wunder Chair practices focus also on spine, pelvic and shoulder stabilization while working with joint mobility and strengthening through the complete range of motion of all joints.
