These classes are designed 'so you won't get bored'. If you have never been on a reformer bed or a wunda chair, rolled out on a foarm roller and stretched by a theraband, then the studio class is a must.
Pilates exercises your body to specifically improve the following:
Muscle tone and stregnth
Flexibility and coordination
Core stregnth - abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks
Greater understanding about your body and how you move
Helps to releive low back pain and other joint and muscular related stresses.
Our classes have a maximum of 5 people so we are able to tailor the class towards your needs.
